The working together helped us to find the ideal house for us to move to and at the same time helped us sell our house even though the two houses were 500 miles apart. For example, when we couldn't be at the closing of the house we were selling, the agency where we bought our house help with notarizing documents.

Being already past the age of 80 and having lived in the same house for 46 years, we were not the typical sellers. Ellen was a perfect choice for us. She showed patience with us and kept us informed of every step of the way. She always could be reached in a very short time, no matter the time of day. She was very thorough in gathering all information about the house and the market in the neighborhood.
