Being already past the age of 80 and having lived in the same house for 46 years, we were not the typical sellers. Ellen was a perfect choice for us. She showed patience with us and kept us informed of every step of the way. She always could be reached in a very short time, no matter the time of day. She regularly kept us informed of all the developments in the process and reminded us of the things we needed to do. She was very thorough in gathering all information about the house and the market in the neighborhood.
